March 14 The day so far...Wow, so far today things have been quiet...
I hope it stays that way!
Well today my youngest sister/ Marie is flying to TORONTO today...
I know she is worried about flying, but she'll do fine...
I'll post some pics later.... Also i'm sending her a ditigal camera to take lots of pics.
March 13 High School Musical 2: Sing It All or Nothing!.This is one of Zacks favorite movies series out right now, and i love that it has allot to teach kids about themselves and thier peers.... & different things that may come up at school, or hanging out with their peers High School Musical 2: Sing It All or Nothing!.
High School Musical 2 is set for an August 17 release. Neighborhood watch...Over the past 2 1/2 yrs we have owned & Lived in our home, the neighborhood has had numerous visits from the police, for numerous reasons. But recently we have noticed the break-ins getting more & more.... sometimes 2 homes on the same street, same night. This week we noticed new "Neighborhood Watch" signs go up in the neighborhood. Which is great! But we also went for a walk & noticed "Rent a cops" (Yough students, in uniforms, training for security & Police training) Not real officers, but at least it's someone else watching the neighborhood. We also have a neighbor, that walks his dog 10 to 15 times a day on a schedule, so he can keep on eye on the homes, that people work during the day..... He has knocked on my door many times, to let us know about things around the house, or sometimes our screen door will open in the wind, and he will shut it, and let me know the next time..... There are many other neighbors that walk thier dogs, but only a few of them we actually know. How come now a days we don't get to know our neighbors like we use to before.... Really i know some of the answers to this question (like we all have busy lives, with work & kids) But honestly, its sad.... we should know our neighbors better, I know i would feel safer. I have neighbors that are nosey.... but thats not always helpful, because they know all the gossip, but they never see anything...... thats annoying, but hopefully someday it will pay off, and someone will see something thats worth seeing.....

March 05 Todays story!So I never found out why the Police were in the neighborhood yesterday.....
but this morning, the guy walking the nieghborhood, checking water meters, scared me to death!
Some guy walking the streets with no utility truck, walking up to homes...... freaks me out!
But i will assume.... it was the water meter guy...... i will assume, & hope!
Let it be a quite day today! March 04 Another day in the neighboorSo yesterday stayed quiet, but this morning there is a police car parked in front of my house.... no idea why! 35 mins now.... just sitting there.....
Some man just walked to to the police car, and spoke to him, and he took off..... no idea why, again.
When we went to this house, we really like the neighbor hood.... wow we were wrong......
We have been here 2 yrs..... our home was broken into, during the day..... egged on a friday night..... ect ect.....
I think its time to sell!
March 02 A day in my Neighbor hood, hahahaSo Last night I tossed & turned all night, and finally around 5am, went a drink in the kitchen, and back to bed.....
At 7am the alarm goes off, and the morning starts.... but this morning I noticed 3 Police cars in one direction (Out my front windows) and another the other direction....
Long story short 2 houses were broken into, and our nieghbor (Out walking his dog) seen someone going through backyards & drive ways, and noticed the police car out side my house, and told the officer and she left....he was caught, and police dogs and police roam my neighbor hood all morning.....
Around 6:30 in the evening my standing in my livingroom and notice a Chruch Bus (An old school bus painted) coming straight for my Front/Livingroom window.... it came right up on the snow bank....Scary (My house is pretty close to the sidewalk/street).
I go into the kitchen to clean up, and there is 2 cars that almost hit head on in the intersection in front of my house. (It just started to snow, I should mention that!)
So after this, and having 3 boys running loose all day.... I wasn't feeling great. Dave went for a walk & I didn't feel like going....
I am watching a design show, and hear Sirens... an Ambulance pulls in the driveway (A somewhat shared driveway with my neighbor) And she is taken to hospital..... I'm sure she's ok!
Dave came running home, not knowing what to think as he seen the Ambulance.....

  February 18 Home!!Wwwooooohhhhooooo We are Home!
We love our little get aways, but it always feels so good to get home to your own bed! Speaking of beds, the ones in our room were amazing!
So we left Friday morning, before lunch.... the drive started out ok, and then we drove through Cobiquid pass, we met blizard conditions.... there was 4 accidents in 15 minutes, and we drove pass a car in the middle of the split highway...it was a crazy 15-20 mins. But it all Cleared up, and on our way we were, the rest of the drive was sunny & clear, but cold.
We got there safely, and checked into the hotel. Remember that blog about customer service.... well overall it was great! but of coarse there were a few inconvinces....The hotel elevator was broken & hotel side auto doors were broken ... we were on the 3rd floor. I guess it just meant we were not going to be lazy! Also our floor was under construction, but had a great view of the Harbour! And we could be loud! We unpacked and headed out shopping, and to pick up drinks! Also had supper @ East Side; My/Jenn fav. So we blasted music hhahaha Well ok, as loud as the laptop would go! But still had a great time have drinks in our room, and headed out to the Casino. We had a few really great (nice/happy/people with personalities) dealers @ the Black Jack tables/Lady Luck Tables. It was allot of fun, and in the end we won $120 above what we put in! Not bad for a night of fun.... then we continued to explore the docks, around our hotel. Took some crazy pics... and just enjoyed our drunken selves, hahaha
Then on Saturday, we slowly recovered, and started again... We checked out The Keith's Brewery, and took a tour. It was so much fun, did I mention we each get 2 beer durning the tour, wwooohhooo! Went did this @ 3pm haha, never to early! February 15 getting ready for Halifax!!So we are getting ready to go away for the weekend... do some winning $$ @ the Casino- then some shopping !! (I hope)
So now to chat about how things have been lately; Well dave's Uncle Carl passed away & we attended the wake & funeral, out of town. It was a very sad day. I thought about my dad all day.... But on a happier note, we had a great lunch with Dave's parents. What happened to good customer service? I feel like it doesn't exsist anymore.... I can name some great places that still do have great service, and LOTS that have the Rudest Service ever;

Disney World Florida ---GM Test Track ride -a lady helped us get tickets for the ride as it was 10am- and the ride was sold out for the day
RUDEST SERVICE EVER;
Ed Sub's Champlain mall/Moncton ---there hasn't been a time I recieved good service at this location
Greco Pizza Killiam dr/Moncton ---odered a pizza for a birthday party- didn't arrive on time because they copy our # & address down incorrectly-- No discount or appology-- Emailed head office, never recieved a reply or appology
So thats my crab session on customer service, i'll let you know how i feel about the service we recieve on this trip in Halifax!
So now on to more gab fest, hahaha
So Amber spent the night last night.... she just warms my heart... she is so sweet! And just growing up so fast!
Zack is gone to a school dance, with a friend, and then having a friend spend the night. Yes on a school night, I don't agree with this and just don't like the idea. I wasn't allowed when i was a kid, because they need to focus on school during the week. But I gave in.... but i have a reason, his friend had no one to walk home with, and the dance ended late. Zack didn't want to go, if his friend wasn't going.... so I gave in, and they friend stays the night!!
Well going to have a drink and pack !! February 10 I did it, now everyone is....hahahaAfter being tired or bored of being a blonde... I ventured to a brunette !!
Now Jessica Simpson did too... copy cat!

I stayed there last May....So beautiful... The pool was great, but the sun burn not so much!! February 04 Family...life....ectThings have been a little crazy lately. Zack is busy with school & swimming on fridays, also he has base lessons on fridays too! Plus with the horse, he goes to the barns all weekend.... wow, it feels like all we do is eat, sleep & study.... I miss him on the weekends!
Amber has been here a bit lately, and will be this week too. Her mommy & daddy are working allot, and trying to get thier house finished reno's, so they can move in !! I made them a DVD of Ambers life so far. It had 550 pics on it..... but it also had a slide show of Marie & Vic growing up! I put it to the Doodlebops, & backyardigans music, as these are Amber's fav shows. We discussed going to see the backyardigans in Feb, at the winter festival, in PEI...... but decieded because it was our anniversery weekend we would do something with out kids!
Feb 14 is 7 yrs for Dave & I !! wwwhhhooohhoo only that long.... feels like longer hahaha
So we have been planning all kinds of trips, but durning the school we try to stay close to home. Last year Zack missed the last week of school for Disney, this year we are taking him out to go to TORONTO & other almost planned trips..... So for OUR WEEKEND away in Feb, to Celebrate...... we are going to Halifax!! We do this every year with our Best Buds, so why not.... this will be our 3rd trip to halifax, just to go clubbing & win money @ the casino!!
Going to buy a new swimming suit! And start packing..... hahaha
Tonights SuperBowl night & Deal or No Deal CANADA!!! can't wait.... I am going to start cooking & make lots of superbowl snack food, and it will be so great !!

Shopping for new beds....Here a few cute idea's for new beds... we need a new bed for when Amber spends the night (in the guest room), Also Marie & Vic sleep in there too, when they spend the night, & other friends aswell...

I love the beigh ones.... but I am probably returning the black ones! (I like them but they fit my wide feet really funny, not attractive) January 26 New Book: The Memory Keepers DaughterSo I went shopping yesterday (Ok when don't I shop) & I found this book. I read the back, and was already paying for it. The back of the book caught my attention so much, I starting reading as soon as I got home. I am reading so quickly, Dave says i'll be done tonight, but i think he forgot we had a son & and a house that for some reason, doesn't clean itself!
